Bring your existing team into FIR without starting from scratch. Export your staff or guard list from your current payroll or workforce platform, prepare it in Excel, then import it into your company portal.

  1. Export your existing list. Use the export option in your current platform to collect your staff and guard details in a spreadsheet.
  2. Review and import. Check the spreadsheet, save it in the format requested by the FIR import screen and match its columns to the required fields. Review any missing or duplicate details.
  3. Connect your team. Match existing accounts or create new ones, review permissions and invite your staff and guards to sign in.

A straightforward spreadsheet import, not a live payroll connection. Export options and file formats depend on your current platform.

FASTER RESPONSE

Proven track record of reducing response times from over 5 minutes to under 30 seconds. We found in the majority of case studies using FIR, a duress phone call would go to a control or command security centre, and then be sent to guards via radio.
